How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply select your arrangement, choose your preferred delivery or pickup date, and provide the necessary delivery or recipient details at checkout.

Where are you located? Can I pick up my order?

Yes! We are located at:

1968 Raymond Drive, Northbrook, IL

Orders may be picked up from our location or delivered locally for a flat delivery fee of $15. Pickup instructions will be provided once your order is confirmed.

What areas do you deliver to?

We offer local delivery to select surrounding areas (Winnetka, Wilmette, Highland Park, Glencoe, Lake Forest, Glenview, Northfield, Deerfield, etc.). Delivery availability is determined by ZIP code at checkout. If your address falls outside our delivery area, please contact us directly.

What happens if no one is home during delivery?

If no one is home, arrangements may be left safely at the door only if outdoor temperatures are above 40°F.

If temperatures are below 40°F, someone must be present to receive the flowers. To protect the blooms from cold damage, we are unable to leave arrangements unattended in cold weather.

Are the arrangements exactly like the photos shown?

Our photos are provided for inspiration purposes only. Each arrangement is uniquely designed using the freshest seasonal blooms available, ensuring every order is one-of-a-kind.

Do arrangements come in a vase?

Yes. All arrangements are delivered fully designed in a beautiful vase, ready to enjoy upon arrival.

How do I care for my flowers once they arrive?

To ensure longevity, we recommend the following care tips:

• Add fresh water daily to the vase

• Keep flowers away from direct sunlight and heat sources

• Avoid placing arrangements near ripe fruit, which releases ethylene gas that can shorten flower life

Can I include a message with my order?

Absolutely. You may add a short card message at checkout, and we’ll include it with your arrangement.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Because our arrangements are made to order using seasonal blooms, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer custom arrangements?

Yes, custom requests may be accommodated based on availability. Please reach out to us directly for special requests or large orders.
